In the 1990s, TomKats revolutionized on-location catering and led the industry for over 26 years with credits including “30 Rock”, Lord of the Rings, What About Bob?, A League of Their Own, and many more, as well as dozens of concerts and festivals such as Bonnaroo, LPGA golf events, and disaster relief catering during Hurricane Katrina. A Nashville-based company, TomKats contributed to the transformation of Music City by saving and restoring historic local brands including relaunching the world-famous Loveless Café (USA Today “Top Down-Home Dining Spot” & “10 Great Places to get a Southern-style Biscuit”, Southern Living’s “Five Must-See Sights in Nashville” & “South’s Best Breakfast Spots”) the iconic Lower Broadway building Acme Feed & Seed (Thrillist’s “Best New Restaurants”, 2014; Nashville Scene’s “Best Reinvention of a Nashville Icon”, 2014 & “Best New Bar”, 2015; Restaurant Business’s “Top 100 Independent Restaurants”, 2016 & 2017).
