Goo Goo Cluster, the Original Southern Confection, is a roundish mound of milk chocolate, caramel, marshmallow nougat and fresh roasted peanuts. Invented in 1912 in a copper kettle at the Standard Candy Company at Clark & First Avenue in Nashville, Goo Goo Cluster is said to be the very first combination candy bar.
