I went to The Joint for the first time today and was very impressed! I sat down with the doctor and went over my extensive medical history together. He adjusted me, and then we talked about how I felt and came up with a plan going down the road. I will definitely continue going to The Joint!

Save your money and go elsewhere for your chiropractic needs. Customer service is less than helpful as they will just ignore emails regarding your account instead of helping. Didn't explain that there was a minimum of two months when signing me up and when I spoke to an associate in store she said "this has happened a lot recently" like it wasn't a big deal. Save your money.

We regret any misunderstanding about your plan. We work very hard to ensure that our staff clearly explains all of the policies to our patients in order to avoid a situation such as this.
Our Wellness Plan gives patients 4 adjustments a month for only $79 - our best deal on regular care. Per our membership agreement, your plan has a 2 month minimum that then continues month to month until you request cancellation and turn in the proper form.
While we greatly apologize if our wellness coordinator didn't properly communicate our minimum month policy, all patients who choose to take advantage of one of our plans do agree to all terms of the plan in writing before the commencement of any billing. Copies of these agreements, which get taken home with every new member, clearly state how the plan works, how it is billed, our refund policy, and our cancellation policy.
With that being said, we continually strive for great customer service and we will work to ensure that we are being transparent with our plans, which allow us to provide our care for a very discounted rate. Sorely needed an adjustment after a 13 hour drive. Still felt the same before and after leaving the clinic. Choose your chiropractor wisely, mine was a male could not remember the name. After telling him, I still had mid-back pain was told "that's all we can do today"

The front office staff, plus the call center for The Joint definitely need better training in customer service. I have dealt with the most unprofessional people at both their Cool Springs location and call center who have in turn, wasted a lot of my day. I was really hoping for a convenient walk in adjustment, but will certainly not use The Joint in the future.

Not the worst experience but not the greatest. If you want me to sign up for your wellness plan, my time there shouldn't feel so rush and generic. Dr Jenn seemed IMO came across more like a sale person than a therapist. The facility was clean, just kinda of open and not very private.

We are also sorry to hear that you felt pressured to purchase a membership as we never want a patient to feel they are being sold on a particular plan. In most cases, more than one treatment will be needed, which is why we may suggest that our patient's utilize our cost effective plans which allow you to get the treatment you need for less than $20 per visit.

Terrible customer service - their chiro visits last for 5 min (in and out) but they make you fill out 9pages of info on an iPad that doesn't work- super time consuming and the iPad kept freezing up. I asked several times if I could give them my info any other way (via paper forms etc) and I was told no I had to use the iPad (even though they had paper forms there last time I stopped in). Even after I told her I had limited time that day, she refused to accommodate me. It was clear to me that this is one of the "factory farm" chiropractic offices that cut costs and give the bare minimum to their clients. They are more concerned about their own convenience and cutting costs and stacking clients rather than actual care and customer service. Will not be going back.

Had an absolutely horrible first experience coming to this "walk-in" based chiropractic facility. I filled out my paperwork within the first ten minutes of being there, with three clients ahead of me at the time. As they left, about 50 minutes later (understandably, not complaining about the wait time), three more clients came in. As the last client before me was exiting, two clients who arrived 30-40 minutes after me were ushered to go to the back for their adjustments. Not sure how they took seniority over me as I was next to arrive after the clients prior to me. Complete waste of time, and if this company wants to claim a walk-in based operation, they should treat it as such based on arrival. I left, as I would have been waiting an additional half hour likely for the people who showed up long after me. Will not be returning or recommending anyone here.

This is a unique approach to chiropractic care. It's not your traditional office where you make an appointment and spend an hour receiving a variety of treatments. It's more like a drop-in service where you'll get the basic care for an affordable price. I had a membership and visited many times. They were very professional, listened to my issues and treated me accordingly. I made a lot of progress! They don't offer extensive treatments like a full-service office but they also don't claim to. If you have severe issues, I'd recommend going somewhere else, but if you just need quit treatments for smaller issues, this place is great!

I definitely recommend this place to everyone!!!The front desk is always welcoming and Dr Steve is amazing! He takes the time to go through and talk to tell you what he is doing and how you are progressing. I have yet to have to wait to get my adjustment and my boyfriend thinks the price is too good to be true!!!! The hours are amazing too!!! You have to give this place a try if you are in need or a chiropractor or even thinking about seeing one!
