Dependable Delivery

One of the best delivery services I have used. Being a Realtor we use couriers all the time. Zac with Dependable Delivery really went above and beyond to be sure we were taken care of on our visit to Nashville with much needed medical supplies. Appreciated their professionalism and follow through!

This company, BY FAR, exceeded my expectations. My first two (of many!) experiences were yesterday and today. Yesterday I had an order ready for curbside pickup, but couldn't go. I did an online search for courier services and decided to call. I spoke with Zach (sp?). He was super friendly and assured me that they could get the order delivered to me. Flawless delivery! Today, of all things, they picked up my puppy from Miss Kitty's daycare and delivered him home. When I checked Waze, it looked like it would take me double the normal time to get there and back home due to traffic. I've been working from home and still had lots to check off my list before shutting the computer down. I called and got Zach again. He assured me that they could get my sweet Oliver home safely. I was able to continue and finish work. Yay! This is a photo the driver sent me when he picked up my little babe. I totally, 100%, recommend this company.

The owner of this establishment is THE RUDEST PERSON TO WALK THIS EARTH. Cussed me out and yelled at me for parking in front of his building- completely uncalled for. The approach was rude and unprofessional and sexist. There is a nice way to handle asking someone to move in front of your building. We went on a weekend where the sign on his business says only opened Monday-Friday!

I had a Bowflex treadmill setup for delivery on March 3rd between 8-12 noon. They couldn't make their time slot but didn't call me until 1145 am to notify. After calling Ramon ( New Jersey dispatcher ) back he rescheduled my time slot for 12-4 PM. Guess what no delivery OR courtesy call until 745 PM from the driver telling me he was 45 minutes away! I also had the installation setup & paid which would've had 2 strangers in my house until 930-10 pm at night with wife and child. No way !!! Finally Ramon called apologizing (again) saying that Saturday I would be prioritized since the foul up on March 3rd! Guess what happened on March 6th .. no delivery nor call explaining! Finally after HOURS of being on hold I spoke with a Zachary (manager?) and he said he could guarantee me Monday. His point of contact was guess who .. a dispatcher named Ramon?? I told Zachary that at this point I don't trust this company in my house or assembling my treadmill. So this company might be great for others but I wouldn't recommend service like this for anyone. Sad I could NOT enjoy my Bowflex Treadmill that cost $2700 overall because of this unacceptable & unprofessional company! Pure pathetic!!!

I live in Minneapolis, but my minor emergency was in Nashville. A set of documents I'd shipped went missing. I contacted FedEx Kinko's and had them re-printed. While that was in process, I went to Yelp to search for a courier/delivery service that I could hire to pick up these documents and deliver them. (I rely on Yelp for quality reviews and it's never let me down.) I liked what I read about Dependable Delivery so I made a call. After hanging up with them I felt confident that all was in good hands. Sure enough, within about a half hour I received an email confirming the package had been delivered...AND for a very reasonable cost.

Great and reliable service! We called Dependable Delivery this morning in a pinch because we needed to get packages delivered to our customer and FedEx was closed because of snow and ice.

Dependable Delivery pulled through and quickly picked up the packages from FedEx and delivered them to our customer. Highly recommend them!!

I work for a large cable network and we needed three packages picked up from one place and delivered to three separate locations during CMAFest traffic and craziness. I googled couriers and they came up and I watched the video and read all the reviews. I called and talked with David. He was quick and thorough while entering our order. This was Tuesday before the need on Saturday. He even had one of the drop off people already in his database so that made me feel good. I gave him my personal cell so they could call if they needed to. Our packages weren't ready when they arrived a little early and Jason the driver called me. We talked and he had to wait about ten minutes and then was off. I asked him to call me when he was done and he did. This was such a relief. I highly recommend them. Great job reasonable prices. Very friendly and eager to please. True Southern Work Ethic.

Worst experience ever. Burned a whole day waiting for them to deliver a couch from Wayfair.com. No delivery, no call to tell me they weren't coming. Multiple calls placed to them resulted in being bounced from department to department. Evidently they "lost" a full sized couch in one afternoon! No one took ownership of the issue and though everyone I spoke with promised to call me back no one did. I will always check with online retailers to ensure the retailer I'm buying from DOES NOT use them!!!

We needed some documents delivered in Nashville, TN for an emergency situation. Based upon Yelp reviews we picked this service and we are very glad we did. Despite the last minute nature of the emergency - this company came through for us in a big way! They received, processed and delivered the documents in less than one hour and emailed us a proof of delivery within 45 minutes of receiving our information. Keeping their information for the future as we may need them again. Great company - thank you!
