Increased fees and continued missed pickups. Again, our barrel was missed for yesterday, 14 Jul (Fri). This is not the first time at all. Cannot call them in that they are limited hours in the office to talk to a live person to get the situation fixed immediately. The ONLY thing one can do is fill out the form (and when it is on the weekend have to wait). We love to recycle, and were excited about hearing about RECYCLOPS when we moved here (from another place in the Heber Valley). Sadly, it's been one disappointment after another since using them. But when in the same neighbourhood all around us have theirs picked up and our is missed (it's not like cannot see the barrel - it is so obvious) inexcusable and very poor service. Even with the "tracking" system ....... How hard is it to be efficient and all else? Perplexing to say the least. We are nearly to the point of ceasing doing business with them, and just make trips to PC recycling when we are in the area. Talk about inconvenience overall.See more…
