Event Description: Please join us as we welcome Nashville's newest Human Resource firm to our community! Malace HR has 11 locations nationwide with their headquarters in Troy, Michigan. There are a lot of staffing companies out there who do pretty much the same thing; they reduce a job posting to its essential data then reduce candidates to their essential data and then combine both sets of data in order to fill a position. At Malace|HR, we take a different approach. We start with people first. Both the qualified candidates and the people at the hiring company. Because we've found that if you get the people part of the equation right first, then the results are far more successful than if you assess personality dynamics last, or worse, not at all.


Directions:
From Downtown Nashville, take I-40W to I-65S and exit onto Old Hickory Blvd. Turn left on Franklin Road and take the third right onto Maryland Way. Make a U-turn at Westpark Drive and the location will be on the right.
