The Interactive Media Meet-up is comprised of like-minded Chamber members who meet to discuss trends, challenges, ideas and thoughts. These topic-driven meetings give members the opportunity to develop connections with colleagues while learning about trends and applications in web and mobile technology.
Interactive media use technology as the hub for marketing, communication and information flow. This group will meet monthly to focus on the strategic uses of interactive media for companies of all sizes, including social media, websites, sales automation, online user experience and client retention.
Conversation Starter: Mark Smith, CentreSource
Featured Speaker: Nicholas Holland, CEO / Founder of Populr.me and Founder of CentreSource Interactive Agency
Featured Topic: How an interactive tool can address a myriad of communication issues
Populr allows users to create traceable, secure and highly engaging micro-sites in a matter of minutes. These are called POPs, Personal One Pagers. They are easy to make, duplicate and share. We will look at how to use them in sales and business development, how they can be used to laser focus marketing efforts and how a POP can enhance corporate communications.
Nicholas Holland will welcome us to the new world of micro-publishing – faster than a website but richer than an email.
Cost: Free to attend. No advance registration is required. To be added to this group's communication list, please contact Lauren Love-Bobel.
Dates: First Friday of the month; all Chamber members are invited to join.
