Renee Bradford, Sr. Vice President, Human Resources & Organization Development, will present the process of developing an overall HR Strategy using Hospice Compassus as her case study.

Jean Schmidt, Vice President, Chief People Officer with Education Networks of America will discuss the HR Excellence Program’s applicant feedback process and how it was used to continuously improve ENA’s programs and practices after winning the Award in 2005.
