Shared Interest Groups (SIGs) are comprised of Chamber members with similar interests who meet to discuss trends, challenges, ideas and thoughts. SIGs give members the opportunity to learn, network and develop long-term, meaningful relationships in a casual setting that promotes conversation and camaraderie. SIGs will be formed without regard to geographical boundaries and will be guided by “conversation starters.”
Interactive media use technology as the hub for marketing efforts. This includes social media, web sites, sales automation, online user experience and silent retention. Join this group as they dive into these areas of discussion.
Conversation Starter: Mark Smith, CentreSource
Speaker: Kate O'Neill, Founder & CEO, [meta]marketer

Online channels are chock-full of more potential insights about your customers than marketers have ever dared to dream. But how can you turn raw data, or even reports, into meaningful understanding? And how does meaningful understanding become profit? Kate O'Neill will show you how businesses today are using search and social media to become smarter and more effective with their marketing.
