Please join the Nashville Area Chamber and the Middle Tennessee Society for Human Resource Management as we host the 2011 HR Facet of Excellence Award winner and discuss how their excellence in HR strategy has influenced the success of the organization.
Margaret Morford is our guest speaker and her presentation will focus on her most recent book, "The Hidden Language of Business - Workplace Politics, Power and Influence". This will be a must attend event for business leaders and HR Professionals.
Established to recognize and foster human resource excellence among Middle Tennessee organizations, the HR Excellence Awards program is based on the scrupulous HR principles of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Program. Businesses are invited to self-nominate for an award each year and are evaluated on proficiency in five areas: strategy; management practices; employee education, training and development; performance measurement; and employee well-being and engagement.
