Event Description: The Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce's popular "Cool School" program is here once again! Nashville has been ranked as the 12th coolest community in the U.S. for young professionals. Now is the time to learn how your organization can use Nashville's coolness factors to recruit and retain your top employees.

"Cool School" participants will:

Learn how Nashville compares to other cities in recruiting & retaining employees of all generations.

Gain ideas to engage new hires in your organization and the Nashville community.

See how to involve your organization and your employees in the Nashville community.

Receive a Guidebook and CD-ROM with materials to use in your own organization. The guidebook includes a listing of "cool" places in Nashville as well as materials that can be individualized for your own organization.

Space is limited to the first 15 registrants. Due to the comprehensive materials included with this program, registration is required. This "Cool School" session will begin at 8:00 a.m. with a continental breakfast. An optional tour (on your own) of the zoo will also be provided, weather permitting.


Directions:
Cool School will take place in the Croft Center which is located to the left of the entrance gates.
