Alison Brown has taken an unlikely path in establishing herself as an internationally recognized banjoist. The former investment banker toured with Michelle Shocked and Alison Krauss and Union Station before forming her own group, The Alison Brown Quartet. She has recorded 10 critically acclaimed solo albums, including the Grammy-winning Fair Weather (2000 Best Country Instrumental Performance).
Brown has been featured on CBS Sunday Morning, NPR's All Things Considered, in the Wall Street Journal and the New York Times. She is also co-founder of the internationally recognized Compass Records Group, which oversees more than 600 releases from the Compass Records, Green Linnet and Mulligan Records catalogs, and which has been called “one of the greatest independent labels of the last decade” by Billboard magazine.
Brown currently serves as a board member and treasurer for the International Bluegrass Music Association. She holds a bachelor's degree in history and literature from Harvard University and an MBA from UCLA.
Tim McMullen In 2001, after honing his marketing chops working in publishing and advertising, Tim McMullen set off to realize a vision of an advertising agency where every employee could say “I love my job” and mean it.

Tim resides in Franklin, Tn., with his wife Natalie and their four children Avery, Adam, Andrew and Abby.
