Gain exposure, develop relationships and walk away with endless business connections.

Join fellow Chamber members for an evening of networking at the next Business After Hours. Andrews Cadillac will display their top luxury cars offering the latest body styles and cutting-edge technology. Register today! As a show of support to the Nashville business community, Cadillac is sending down from Detroit the first 2011 CTS Coupe seen outside an International Auto Show as a display for the evening. To see an online preview of this exciting new model, click here.

In addition to networking and resources to build your business, this Business After Hours will also give you the opportunity to participate in flood recovery. Recent events have put Nashville Area Chamber in a position for helping the business community recover, and Mayor Karl Dean has tasked the Chamber with coordinating a Business Response Team.

The timing of this event provides a setting to raise awareness and support for the Business Response Team. To do this, we want to assemble a few items that represent the "spirit of Nashville" that will be available at a silent auction during this evening. These items would be symbolic of an investment in the city and tell a story to anyone who comes in contact with them. All proceeds will go to the Business Response Team and their efforts to aid recovery. Items committed to date include:
  • Gibson Guitar: a hand-built, custom-shop ’57 Les Paul Gold Top reissue signed by Gary Rossington and Rickey Medlocke from Lynyrd Skynyrd, accompanied by pictures of Skynyrd gear destroyed in the flood.
  • Johnston and Murphy: a pair of the same custom-measured hand-made shoes they make for the U.S. president - produced here in Nashville.
  • Brooks & Dunn: one of Kix Brooks’ stage shirts and the LP Ridge Rider cowbell Ronnie Dunn used on stage in concert, both signed by the artist.
  • Vanderbilt: four tickets to the chancellor's suite for the Vanderbilt/Northwestern football game on September 4 and the use of the facilities at Vanderbilt Dyer Observatory to host an event for up to 200 guests (catering not included).
  • Tractor Supply Company: a private-label Huskee brand riding lawnmower with a 46” deck, 20-hp Kohler engine, high back seat, and hydrostatic drive. This mower is a local product manufactured in Martin, Tennessee.
  • Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz: original framed photography by Senior Counsel Senator Howard Baker Jr. These particular prints have been hanging in Senator Baker's home in Huntsville, TN,
  • Nashville Predators: one team signed Nashville Predators jersey; one framed and autographed picture of USA Olympic Silver Medalist Ryan Suter posed together with Canadian Olympic Gold Medalist Shea Weber; one Nashville Predators “Game Night Experience” during a mutually agreed upon 2010-2011 home game including: four premium lower bowl seats, behind the scenes tour of Bridgestone Arena, one Zamboni ride during an in-game intermission, one Nashville Predators prize pack and a Meet and Greet with either a Predators player, coach or personality
  • Tennessee Titans: four club seats to the Titans’ 2010 season opener versus the Oakland Raiders on September 12 and one free event in the club lounge at LP Field, hosting up to 500 people reception-style/300 seated banquet (catering not included).
  • Harkins Creative: telecaster-styled electric guitar signed by all the members of the Little River Band (including Wayne Nelson, lead singer/resident of Nashville).
  • Additional items to be announced soon.
