Featured Speaker: Dr. John Lowry, assistant dean of the Lipscomb University College of Business and founder of the School for Executive Education.
Effective negotiation skills are essential in today’s business environment. Whether you are navigating a basic contract or a complex merger, knowing the critical moments to make strategic decisions in the context of negotiation is imperative for every savvy business leader. Dr. John Lowry from Lipscomb’s University School of Executive Education will lead us in a discussion of the elements of strategic negotiation for your business. An expert negotiator and former attorney, Lowry will give specific examples and ideas about strategies to use in managing the most difficult negotiations.
You will learn how to:
•Increase your understanding of the negotiation process;
•Become more proficient in the management and control of the negotiation process;
