Event Description: Registration has been closed in preparation for the event. You may late register at the door as long as space allows beginning at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

The Nashville Chamber Public Benefit Foundation invites you to attend a special presentation on adult literacy in the Nashville area. The Foundation is working to engage community leadership in removing barriers to economic prosperity, and part of this effort involves creating awareness and education about issues that impact our region. Literacy is a critical factor in individuals being able to achieve their goals and fully participate in their communities.

Join Mayor Karl Dean, as well as educators, government officials, community, business and nonprofit leaders, to hear the results of an Adult Literacy Needs Assessment for Nashville.
