Jim Clayton founded InfoWorks in January of 1997, and currently serves as the chairman of the board of directors. He served as president from 1997 until December 2008. Under Jim’s direction, InfoWorks has built a stellar reputation for outstanding client service, has achieved profitability every year since its founding, and in 2006, company ownership was made available to all employees. Jim has balanced company growth with client satisfaction in a controlled manner that has completely avoided layoffs.
His philosophy is that high employee morale leads to superior client satisfaction.
InfoWorks is a management and IT consulting firm which works directly with client management teams to provide the full project life cycle of services, including strategic planning, business process design, project management, custom development, implementation, training, and long-term support.
Hannah Paramore has spent more than a decade in interactive marketing including stints at CitySearch.com, Qwest Digital Media, AOL and a failed roadshow in 2000. As part of the start up management team for CitySearch.com’s beta launch in 1997, Hannah directed the interactive marketing for 8 cities including Nashville, St. Louis, Detroit, and Pittsburgh.
Hannah started Paramore|Redd Online Marketing in 2002. As president of Paramore |Redd Online Marketing, Hannah has worked with a wide range of organizations such as Healthways, The Clarksville-Montgomery County EDC, Chase Bank, United Way of Middle Tennessee, CMT, Vanderbilt University, Backyard Burger, The Frist Center for the Visual Arts, Tennessee Department of Tourist Development, The Tennessee Aquarium, The Chattanooga CVB and Bluegrass Cellular, just to name a few. The company currently has 26 employees.
