The speaker for this HR Building Blocks Workshop will be Nancy Reece with The Human Capital Group.

Nancy Reece, a master trainer and executive/team coach, is a highly requested keynote speaker, and her no-nonsense, entertaining style has challenged audiences nationally and overseas. Her clients learn to make tough decisions while holding themselves and others accountable - building high-performing teams and developing organizational cultures that revolve around integrity.

Effective Feedback and Accountability

Providing feedback to others about their performance is a key supervisory competence. This workshop demonstrates the foundations for effective feedback practice, walking the participant through two core feedback models.

Join us for an interactive workshop for anyone who wants to get better at giving feedback to anyone, whether a peer, direct report, or boss. This workshop will demonstrate how to create an effective message with real impact.
