Charles A. “Chuck” Elcan, a founder and CEO of China Healthcare Corporation, will be our featured speaker at the International Business Council Winter Luncheon. He will discuss the health care system in China, as well as his work with his company.
Elcan and HCA co-founder Thomas F. Frist Jr. started China Healthcare Corporation in May 2008. Along with their Chinese partner, they have negotiated a joint venture to build and operate a hospital in China.
