The Gulch, Nashville’s premier urban mixed-use redevelopment district, is the tenth project in the United States to be awarded the LEED ND distinction and the thirteenth LEED ND project in the world. Jay Turner of Gulch developer MarketStreet Enterprises will share how incorporating the principles of smart growth, urbanism and green design go into a project and what this means for Nashville and your business. In addition, Turner will discuss what you can do to assure that Nashville continues to be a sustainable and livable city, now and for future generations.
