Join Deb Tobey for an interactive, in-depth discussion of the six competency areas in SHRM's new HR Competency Model. The Human Resource Competency Study (HRCS) is used to determine what knowledge and abilities are necessary for HR professionals to be successful. Since its inception in 1987, detailed research studies every three years have augmented and kept the model on the cutting edge.

Exit onto Fesslers Lane (Exit 212). Turn right onto Murfreesboro Road, go four blocks to the campus entryway at the traffic light. Turn left into the campus (across from Purity Dairy).

From the East (Knoxville, I-40)
Continue I-40 West to Spence Lane (Exit 213). From the exit ramp turn left onto Spence Lane. Turn right onto Murfreesboro Road. The campus is 1.7 miles down Murfreesboro Road. Enter the campus through the main entry (across from Purity Dairy).

From the East (Chattanooga, I-24)
Continue I-24 West to Murfreesboro Road (Exit 52). Turn left onto Murfreesboro Road. The campus is 1.7 miles down Murfreesboro Road. Enter the campus through the main entry (across from Purity Dairy).

From the West (Memphis, I-40)
Continue I-40 East to I-440 East, to Murfreesboro Road (Exit 52). Turn left onto Murfreesboro Road. The campus is 1.7 miles down Murfreesboro Road. Enter the campus through the main entry (across from Purity Dairy).

From the South (Birmingham, I-65)
Continue I-65 North to I-440 East to Murfreesboro Road (Exit 52). Turn left onto Murfreesboro Road. The campus is 1.7 miles down Murfreesboro Road. Enter the campus through the main entry (across from Purity Dairy).
