Due to ballroom capacity, seating is limited to the first 600 members who register.

We have now reached maximum capacity
and registration is now closed.
On event day, we will allow people to register
only if space permits.

11:45 a.m. Seating Begins

Noon-Doors Close

NO ADMITTANCE AFTER THE DOORS CLOSE!

Noon-1 p.m. Program

FREE EVENT!

Registration:
We have closed registration because we have reached maximum capacity in the ballroom.

Advance registration is required.

Deadline is Tuesday, Oct. 2.

We cannot accept registrations by phone
or e-mail.

No confirmation is sent prior to the event.




Directions:
All interstates (I-65, I-40, I-24) connect to the downtown area. Exit on Broadway (east), and drive toward the downtown area. Take a right on Fourth Avenue. The hotel is one block on the right.

Parking
Valet parking will be available for $10.
Self Parking is usually $12-$14.
