Join us on a journey as we explore and establish what core values you need for your business and the attributes of successful dynamic company cultures. We'll brainstorm the critical components that companies must understand and engage in, and how brand superheroes and ambassadors are born when culture hits a home run. Be prepared to have fun in this session as we get our “core” on and even share your ideas with the group.

Jennell Evans, Strategic Interactions, Inc.
Jennell oversees SI’s consulting and client services teams and contributes to key client engagements, including helping companies develop their Vision, Mission and Core Values. Jennell leverages her design background with 20+ years of experience as a leadership and organizational development consultant. Jennell facilitates executive strategy sessions and also teaches senior leaders how to reduce stress and increase innovation through mindfulness practices. Prior to co-founding SI in 1990, Jennell was the Washington, DC Regional Director of Stevens & Wilkinson, an award-winning Atlanta-based architectural firm. She holds a BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University, a Certificate of Instructional Design and a Masters of Organizational Development from Marymount University. Jennell, a long time meditator, completed her meditation teacher training at the McLean Meditation Institute.
