Event Description: Join us as we celebrate the grand opening of the very first 2020 Firestone Complete Auto Care Lab store on Friday, November 11th. The event will include lunch, giveaways, and a ribbon cutting!

Vision 2020 is Bridgestone Retail Operation’s new business strategy. It is guided by Our Vision--to be ranked among the most admired customer service companies by the end of the decade--and Our Purpose--to be the most trusted provider of automotive care in every neighborhood we serve. Store 2020 is our next generation store and the place where Vision 2020 will ultimately come to life.

The Antioch location is one of our first 2020 Firestone Complete Auto Care Lab Stores. It’s in our new lab stores that Bridgestone will shape what future stores will become. Bridgestone lab stores are setup to develop and test new ideas, concepts and innovations in a controlled setting. We’d like to invite you to come see the progress we have made and learn more about our vision.
