Understanding trends in leave time and group health and welfare programs are important in defining your organization’s strategy for recruiting talent. This session will explore the impact these plans have on employee perceptions and satisfaction. Knowing trends in employee benefits, as well as cost containment strategies, will assist you in making strategic decisions about employee benefits.
