Event Description: This session will address how businesses of all types and sizes need to prepare for the new wave of immigration legislation in 2007. Emphasis will be on I-9 compliance, the social security no-match letter, and how the laws, both existing and anticipated, affect your business's operations.

In addition, there will be a presentation and discussion of J1-Visa Programs, which allow businesses in the United States to hire seasonal staff, international interns and support staff to fill seasonal and international trainee positions.
