Business Studio kicks off 2016 with our “Business Growth Series” comprised of five workshops focusing on the key areas vital to the continued growth and development of your small business.
In this workshop, attendees will learn how to assess the strengths and weaknesses of your existing business plan while developing new strategies for immediate and long term growth. This workshop is designed for established small business businesses looking to evaluate your current business model and create an actionable growth plan to take your business to the next level.
Please bring your existing business plans to the workshop. This is an interactive program and attendees should be prepared to openly discuss and work on their business plans during the class.
This workshop is led by Janet Rives of In Plan Sight. Janet is a market strategy executive with a consistent record of results oriented leadership for both small and large corporations. With over 20 years of experience in market development for a multitude of industries, Janet is uniquely positioned to provide insights for new growth and focus for your company.
