Event Description: A delegation from Taiyuan, capital of Shanxi Province, will visit Nashville October 18th to 20th to further the proposed “sister city” relationship between Taiyuan and Nashville. The delegation will be led by Vice Mayor Rong Tong and will include Mr. Zhao Xishun, Director of Taiyuan’s Commerce Bureau. At an informal networking breakfast at the Chamber, the Taiyuan delegation will present a profile of Taiyuan’s commerce and industry highlighting business opportunities in the region.

Taiyuan is located in Shanxi Province and is a one-hour flight southwest of Beijing, with a population of 3.4 million and a diverse industrial and commercial base.
