Event Description: Each year Kroger stores and their customers helped feed over 4,000 Salvation Army Angel Tree families in Middle Tennessee during the holidays through its Food Angel Tree Program. The program, similar to The Salvation Army’s Angel Tree Program, allows customers to pick an Angel from the Christmas trees in local Kroger stores and contribute $25 at checkout to provide a Salvation Army Angel Tree Family with Christmas dinner. Kroger Food Angels will be in stores November 28th through December 19th.
