Shared Interest Groups (SIGs) are comprised of Chamber members with similar interests who meet to discuss trends, challenges, ideas and thoughts. SIGs give members the opportunity to learn, network and develop long-term, meaningful relationships in a casual setting that promotes conversation and camaraderie. SIGs will be formed without regard to geographical boundaries and will be guided by “conversation starters.”
This Sales/Business Development Shared Interest Group will discuss their biggest sales successes and failures. Participants will be able to learn from each other's experiences in a relaxed setting.
Conversation starter: Cindy Houston Hazen of Sales Executives.
Speaker: Chuck DeLadurantey, Director of Business Process Management, Community Health Systems
For over 20 years, DeLadurantey has been helping organizations improve their bottom line performance. He is currently leading the corporate process improvement group for Community Health Systems in the Nashville area. DeLadurantey brings his unique passion and abilities to the hard work of creating and implementing clearly defined and aligned goals as the foundation to success for any business or individual. His expertise includes implementation of Lean Six Sigma programs, Strategy Development, Change Management, Leadership Development and Individual and Team Coaching. When not “slaying the dragons” of the business world, you will find DeLadurantey with his family tending to their chickens, goats and cattle on their small family run farm off the Natchez Trace, west of Nashville. Chuck holds a Masters in Business Administration, is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and an adjunct Professor at the National Graduate School of Quality Management.
