Event Description: The Salvation Army Forgotten Angel Program will benefit from the toys collected at the 6th Annual Toy Field presented by Cumulus Nashville on Tuesday, December 10th. Middle Tennessee listeners and client partners will help fulfill the dreams of many “forgotten children” as toys are dropped off to LP Field Tuesday between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. This holiday, The Salvation Army will reach over 9,000 “angels” – less fortunate children and elderly. According to The Salvation Army, several hundreds of those “angels” will not be adopted. To ensure each child has a special Christmas, the Forgotten Angel shop will provide gifts. “Thousands of toys have been donated throughout the years and we hope to see the same enthusiasm this year. We would not be able to provide for all these children, without the support of Cumulus Broadcasting and our community,” said The Salvation Army.
