Event Description: Have a new Supervisor or Manager? Sandler Training has a program to help them learn the day-to-day skills they need to be successful. This program is the 2nd Monday of each month for 12 months. Each attendee will learn; Time Management, How to do Performance Evaluations, How to run meetings and do presentations,how to lead change, how to handle conflict, how to coach-supervise-mentor-train, how to read financials and compose budgets, and how to solve problems. This program includes all materials (workbooks and books) and a personal communication assessment. Cost is $1200.00 per person.
