The Chamber's CEO Roundtable Program gives company leaders the opportunity to draw upon the expertise and experience of other members when searching for inspiration or solutions to their business problems.
Comprised of 10-12 executives and led by a trained group facilitator, Roundtables are intended for the individual responsible for the direction of the company and with the authority to make the final decision (CEO, managing partner, executive director, etc.). Each Roundtable is a confidential, peer-mentoring forum of executives from non-competing businesses. These groups meet regularly to share and gain practical knowledge and counsel on the challenges and opportunities facing today’s businesses. Many of our alumni have remarked that their Roundtable group served as informal advisory boards to their business.
All groups are autonomous with respect to conversation topic / issues, location, meeting date, meeting time, content and meeting agenda. We do find CEO Roundtables achieve the greatest success when members meet regularly and participate in a structured dialogue. With that in mind, members are required to attend a minimum of 80 percent of the scheduled meetings and pay an annual participation fee of $350.
