Due to a recent court decision, the Gallatin Road Specific Plan is no longer in effect. The Metro Planning Department has been working with Metro Council members and the community to develop possible alternative zoning to support the community's vision of a more pedestrian- and transit-oriented corridor, as described in the East Nashville Community Plan.
The Nashville Area Chamber is partnering with HENMA (Historic East Nashville Merchants Association) to host this briefing. Business leaders will be able to learn more about these potential zoning changes and their effect on East Nashville. Representatives from Metro Planning, as well as Metro Council members, will be on hand to answer your questions.
