Event Description: A new outpatient center providing integrated treatment for substance use and mental health issues has opened near downtown.

Join us for a ribbon cutting on Tuesday, June 11th at 11am at 101 Lea Avenue. Immediately following the ribbon cutting, please join us for light refreshments and tours of the facility.

Foundations Nashville offers confidential, individualized treatment in an outpatient setting, providing flexible morning and evening sessions, psychiatric services, individual and group therapy, a family program, CBT, DBT, recovery planning and a number of holistic options, including art therapy, yoga and meditation. Foundations Nashville is part of the Foundations Recovery Network (FRN) family of treatment facilities and practices its evidence-based model. FRN's mission is to create lifetime relationships for long-term recovery.
