The Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce’s credit card processing partner, Infintech, will be hosting a series of webinars to educate business owners on the upcoming Visa/Mastercard class action settlement. This webinar will explain the settlement and help you determine if your business is eligible for a refund. This case was recently settled for more than $7.2 billion by Visa, MasterCard and member banks. Your company may be eligible for a refund if you have accepted Visa or MasterCard for payment anytime since 2004.
In an effort to assist our members through the process of recovering money due to them under the aforementioned settlement, Infintech has partnered with class action recovery experts, Refund Recovery Services (RRS). As a potential class member, you have the option to file a claim on your own. If you do not wish to go through the claims process, Refund Recovery Services will assist you in receiving the funds to which you are entitled.
