Event Description: Note: Advance registration will close at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 7. After Tuesday, only Individual Admission will be available at the door. Any additions or name changes should be directed to Late Registration at the entrance starting at 4:30 p.m. Thursday.

Now in its third year, Regional Business After Hours brings together 17 Middle Tennessee chambers and creates unique opportunities to network with contacts from north, south, east and west. CONNECT with nearly 1,200 attendees, MEET more than 160 companies exhibiting and EXPAND your networking boundaries. This occasion will continue to be a great forum to develop and grow your business.

Every admission gives you access to three hours of networking and exhibits, plus hors d'oeuvres and two drink tickets redeemable for beer, wine or soft drinks. An exhibit includes admission for four people, one 6' skirted table and listings both on this web page and the printed program (deadline Nov. 2). Electricity can be connected for a fee of $30. Booth size is 10' wide x 5' deep.

Registration:
Invitations will be mailed to members of all participating chambers the week of September 25. Members of multiple chambers should select only one chamber to receive proceeds from their registration. Proceeds will benefit programs and services of the respective chamber. Pre-registration with payment is required and is non-refundable. Deadline to register is Thursday, Nov. 2, 2006.

Directions:
Follow I-40 into downtown Nashville. Take Exit 209B, Broadway, and head East on Broadway into downtown. Turn left on 7th Ave. North, then right on Commerce Street. The Convention Center will be on your right. The event will be held in the Center Exhibit Hall on the bottom floor.

Parking:
Surface lots and garages are available along Commerce Street. Average cost will be $6.
