Event Description: Join us for the Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting for Sardinia Enoteca Ristorante at 4:30pm on April 17th!

Sardinia Enoteca Ristorante is the second location of a popular Italian restaurant and wine bar in South Beach, Miami that opened Feb. 13 at 210 25th avenue north across from Centennial Park. Owners Tony Gallo and Pietro Vardeu (chef) tout fresh touches on the Sardinia menu like mozzarella and burrata (a buttery fresh cheese) made in house. Meat, seafood, and veggies are grilled in a wood-burning oven. There is also much emphasis on the wine program, offering wines by the glass, the bottle and the relatively new (to Nashville) quartino-size portion — it’s a carafe that is a quarter-liter of wine, around 8 ounces or roughly one-and-a-half glasses.

Sardinia is open Sunday – Thursday from 11am to 10pm and from 11am to 11pm on Friday and Saturday. Happy hour (Monday – Friday from 4pm-6pm) Includes $7 wines by the glass
