FastTrac® presents a workshop that will provide you with the tools you need to spend time ON your business. Listening to Your Business™ will take you through a four-step evaluation and action process designed to enhance your company’s performance.

Setting your three-year vision - A series of activities through which you will discover where your business is today and where you want it to be in three years.

Taking a snapshot of your business - A process to determine what stage of development your business is in today and what stage you want to be in three years from now.

Evaluating where you are in the planning process - Assess what plans are or are not in place (business plan, strategic plan, and operational plan) and how they can be adjusted or created to maximize your company’s success.

Translating your goals into action steps - Nail down the actions and resources that your company needs to reach its three-year goals.

Listening to Your Business™ will be facilitated by Liz Allen Fey, president, Management Solutions Group.

The cost for this interactive and enlightening workshop is:
$49 per Chamber members
$99 per non-members

Fee includes all workbooks and materials.

Directions:
From West End Ave., turn onto 25th Avenue South.
Go to the first street on the right—Kensington—and turn right.

Access the garage through the second entrance.

Take your parking stub with you for validation.

From LEVEL 3 in the parking garage, take the crosswalk to the building. Once in the building, take the elevator to the THIRD FLOOR. Watch for the directional signs.
