$20 Individual admission
$325 Exhibit table (includes admission for four)
$95 Electricity for exhibit table (optional). To register for electricity please order through the Nashville Convention Center web site.
Every admission gives you access to three hours of networking and exhibits, plus hors d'oeuvres and two drink tickets redeemable for beer, wine or soft drinks. An exhibit includes admission for four people, one 6' skirted table and listings both on this web page and the printed program (deadline to register to be included in printed program is Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2010). Electricity can be connected for an additional fee of $45. Booth size is 10' wide x 5' deep.
Registration:
Members of multiple chambers should select only one chamber to receive proceeds from their registration. Proceeds will benefit programs and services of the respective chamber.

• Deadline to register for exhibits to be included in the program is Wednesday, Oct. 20, 2010. Deadline to register as an attendee is Thursday, Oct. 28, 2010. (or as soon as the event sells out!)
• If space is available after dates listed above, prices will be $10 higher.
• Advance registration with payment is required and is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to future events. We will accept name changes up until 48 hours prior to the event.
• No confirmation is sent prior to the event.
• We are unable to accept reservations by phone or e-mail.
