OUR KEYNOTE SPEAKER IS IVAN MURCIA MUNOZ, MD,
Chief Executive Officer / BCBST Sanitas LLC, Sanitas Medical Center

With extensive training in both the medical and business fields, Iván directs clinical policies in all US markets to be sure they meet the medical needs of the patients we serve in each area. He serves as a medical liaison, sharing best practices and helping to design company policies that support the health of our patient populations in the communities where they live. Iván received his MD degree and completed his residency in Colombia and earned subsequent degrees in quality management with emphasis on epidemiological analysis and health care organization management. He earned his master’s degree in health care administration from the University of Barcelona, Spain."

Hour 2: Assigning tasks and responsibilities (who has responsibility for doing what in each major functional area of the company?)

The Tennessee Latin American Chamber of Commerce (TLACC) is an organization dedicated to supporting and promoting economic development for Latino-owned businesses in Middle Tennessee.

One of the ways we do this is by hosting Networking Luncheons, where entrepreneurs and professionals can come together to build connections, share ideas, and learn from one another. These events provide a valuable opportunity for business owners to expand their networks and gain insights into industry trends and best practices.

In addition to networking opportunities, TLACC also offers Education Programs designed specifically for Latino entrepreneurs. These programs cover a wide range of topics including marketing strategies, financial management, and legal issues that are relevant to small businesses. By providing access to these resources, we aim to help business owners strengthen their skills and improve their chances of success.
