A. Marshall Hospitality is a Franklin-based company comprised of 12 family-owned restaurants and hospitality businesses in Middle Tennessee. Started by CEO Andy Marshall in 1998 as a small-town grocery store with a popular local music scene, the A. Marshall family has grown to include locations of Puckett’s Restaurant in Franklin, Nashville, Columbia, Chattanooga, Murfreesboro, Pigeon Forge, and Cullman, Alabama; Americana Taphouse and Burger Dandy, both in Franklin, and Scout’s Pub in Franklin and Midtown Nashville; and Deacon's New South, a modern steakhouse concept in the historic Life & Casualty Tower in downtown Nashville.

In 2018, A. Marshall Hospitality was recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest growing companies for the fifth year in a row. Scout's Pub is known for its modern take on pub favorites, boasting crave-worthy brunch, lunch, and dinner menus accompanied by a robust cocktail and beer offering. The famous Scout's Bloody Mary gets the stage every weekend in our West Franklin neighborhood during brunch because everyone knows the Bloody Mary Bar happens on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 AM - 2PM.

Homestead Manor is a 50-acre mecca steeped in rich local history, a wealth of dining, along with entertainment and educational opportunities for the community. Harvest, the on-site restaurant, cultivates a farm-to-fork dining experience unique to Williamson County. Offering fresh Southern basics while borrowing influences from culinary traditions across the map, this menu changes seasonally based on the yields coming straight from our on-site farm and neighboring farm partners.

Located in the historic Life & Casualty Tower in downtown Nashville, Deacon’s New South is a modern, Southern steakhouse with a focus on dry-aged steaks, elevated seafood dishes, locally sourced sides and a robust, sommelier-led beverage program. The restaurant features a prominent dry-aging room and an exposed kitchen setting, as well as two bars, an eclectic lounge and a private dining area that can be reserved for both small and large parties. Its sleek, industrial design with brass and copper details and bold architectural patterns harken back to the building’s art-deco influences from when it was first built in the 1950s.

omKats Hospitality established its place in the industry over 30 years ago as a backstage concert caterer at Starwood Amphitheatre, and has since grown into a multifaceted hospitality company. In the 1990s, TomKats revolutionized on-location catering and led the industry for over 26 years with credits such as “30 Rock”, Lord of the Rings, What About Bob?, A League of Their Own, and many more, as well as dozens of concerts and festivals such as Bonnaroo, LPGA golf events, and disaster relief catering during Hurricane Katrina. A Nashville-based company, TomKats contributed to the transformation of Music City by saving and restoring historic local brands including relaunching the world famous Loveless Café (USA Today “Top Down-Home Dining Spot” & “10 Great Places to get a Southern-style Biscuit”, Southern Living’s “Five Must-See Sights in Nashville” & “South’s Best Breakfast Spots”) the iconic Lower Broadway building Acme Feed & Seed (Thrillist’s “Best New Restaurants”, 2014; Nashville Scene’s “Best Reinvention of a Nashville Icon”, 2014 & “Best New Bar”, 2015; Restaurant Business’s “Top 100 Independent Restaurants”, 2016 & 2017), and, most recently Woolworth on 5th (named “Most Historically Important Restaurant in Nashville” by Eater, 2018). Located next to the Puckett’s Gro. in downtown Columbia, Tenn. and Murfreesboro, Tenn., the artisan ice cream shop is inspired by the Marshall family’s love for dessert and named after Claire’s daughter. Hattie Jane’s selection is small but unique, offering creative flavors that feature high-quality ingredients that are absent of fillers and additives. The ice cream is produced in small batches on-site and uses local ingredients whenever possible; all flavors except those that are dairy and egg-free are made using local Hatcher Dairy cream and milk. Hattie Jane’s also offers a selection of baked goods and a full-service coffee bar at both locations.
