The Yazoo Brewery Taproom is open every Wednesday 4-6 (growler fills only), Thursday 4-8pm, Friday 4-8pm, and Saturday 2-8pm. Brewery tours are $7 and only available on Saturdays. Tours start at 2:30 and are every hour until 6:30.
