Shelton Diagnostics is the only independent laboratory in Tennessee serving the Nashville area using Tennesseans to care for fellow Tennesseans. We are a mobile phlebotomy service team that has a FULL laboratory in house capable of proving results in the same day. We serve those that cannot get themselvs to a site to have this neccessary and often life saving service. We visit Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Centers, Independant Living Communities. We are also capable of going to private residences to assist home health and "stay at home"  patients.
