First we offer email proofs of your item before it goes into production.  You can check the item color, imprint color, etc.  24 Hour Rush orders are exempt from this.

If for some reason you do not like the product you receive, and it does not match the proof you approved, then we will redo the order for you, offer them at a discount, or cancel the order.
