Neptune Society

This company keeps sending bills to my house for someone who is deceased! We paid another company cash to cremate him. They have been told he took out the insurance and passed away only paying two or three payments! He is deceased and never lived in Virginia! If they cannot get this straight why would anyone trust them . Stop already

I'm so thankful my loved one purchased Neptune's services and removed that stress from an overwhelming time. And then there was Opie at the Nashville office, who made me even more thankful. He was a pure treasure to work with. He thoughtfully guided us every step of the way with his knowledge and kindness, while also being professional and efficient. I can't thank him enough and highly highly recommend.

Opie did a phenomenal job fulfilling our contract with Neptune Society. We had prearranged cremation services.

Opie was personable, professional, a great listener, and was adept at anticipating our needs for support.

For example, I spontaneously showed him a picture of my mom. He took one look at that picture, beat us to Woodlawn, and chose a lipstick color for her that she would have chosen herself. She would have been so pleased (because she would have haunted me if I had sent her off without her lipstick)!

My dad arranged their cremation with Neptune Socieity a long time ago. My mom recently passed and I was so impressed with how things were handled for us and my Dad during her loss. Stephanie at the Nashville/Brentwood office was excellent with us during the process to finalize things for my mom's remains. The entire process has been very easy for us. My parents arranged their cremation with Neptune Society in 2015. This was such a gift to my family. My father passed away a couple of weeks ago, and the day after his passing we received a call from Stephanie from Neptune Society. Every interaction we have had with her has been seamless, loving, and informative. She has lightened our burden during this difficult time. If you are considering cremation I recommend, without reservation, the Neptune Society.

They have no business sending scam mail to MY address of a relative who has never lived with me or in the state of Tennessee. When asked how this was possible I was told "I am not privy to that information"...... "but I will take you off the list"

WHAT LIST??? I've lived here less than a year. There is ABSOLUTELY no link between my address and the recipient of the letter.

If that's not a red flag, I'm not sure what is.

I can't say enough amazing things about The Neptune Society. I recently lost my brother and my parents asked me to look for someone to take care of him. I contacted The Neptune Society and spoke with Lori. She's an absolute angel! She explained everything to me in a way that was plain, simple, and easy to understand. When I had any contact with any of the staff members, they were VERY caring and understanding of my loss. I recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
