Infinity Music Row by The Dinerstein Companies

Recently moved back to Nashville area from Virginia Beach! Was looking all over the downtown Nashville area for an apartment within walking distances to amazing restaurants, nightlife, etc. I came across Infinity Music Row, I can't say how pleased I've been. I moved in a couple weeks ago. So far everything has been amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful, maintenance is on top of it as well.

One of the main reasons I chose this place was because of the studio floor plan. I'm not sure who's idea it was to put half walls smack dab in the middle of a studio apartment but it is the dumbest idea ever, totally messes with the ability to be creative with a smaller space. Infinity Music Row is the only apartment complex in the Nashville area that I found doesn't have that dumb half wall, and I love it! I'll be posting pictures soon! I highly recommend this place!

I recently moved to this property from another apartment complex in the Gulch and this by far exceeds the other one. The amenities are great and the location is amazing!

The property has recently changed management companies and while they are still working out a few things, their customer service is amazing. You can tell they genuinely care and want this property to be the best. Specifically, James McCorkle and Dawna Spencer. James is always on top of any requests that I make and really makes it his priority to see that they are followed through on. He takes pride in this property along with the rest of the friendly staff.

They have already put together so many events for the residents in just a couple of short months. I am looking forward to what else they have to offer as this management team settles into the property.

If you want a place to live that has the best location in Nashville, an office staff that cares, and fun events that allow you to get to know your neighbors then look no further than Infinity Music Row!

This is by far the worst place to live. The manager Dawn is so rude to people and has zero compassion for the residents of the building. Waste of money to live somewhere with a terrible staff. Stephanie is also very unhelpful and extremely uncaring of the residents as well. Seriously DO NOT LIVE HERE. They do not respond to emergency requests after hours. When I went to complain about an issue, they said to just deal with it. They had to come back 7 times for a simple request. The dog park is gross and poorly cleaned. They spend money on very unnecessary things and do not use it for necessary repairs. Dawn is literally the devil.

My husband and I relocated here from out of state a few months back for work and stumbled upon this property via Nashville apartment finders (we used Alicia who was amazing as a side-note). We couldn't be happier with where we chose to live. The property is gorgeous and the staff is the best part about it. We absolutely love James, both Stephanie's and Tony but everybody has been outstanding. The resident events are great, and everyone seems to always have a happy smile on their face. I think people forget that in a property this large... there will be small things here and there, but overall I would rate this apartment complex a 10/10. We went with a two bedroom, two bath...and out of all the properties we looked at the layout was far superior at Infinity. The pool, common spaces and gym are top notch. They are building a new dog park and always seem to be making enhancements... soon they are ripping out the carpet in some of the hallways and replacing with a luxury vinyl tile of some sort I believe. We plan to stay here for the long haul!

I am currently paying for three separate amenities that I am NOT receiving (Pool, Gym, Rooftop). Management has recently closed the rooftop of the building due to "social distancing" concerns. The real story is a couple people left some beer cans on the roof after a Saturday night and management threw a hissy fit. Instead of only punishing those who littered on the rooftop (they have cameras, they could have easily done this) she decided to throw a power trip tantrum and punish the entire building of 100+ people. It's funny, I am still paying 100% of my normal rent payment for these "luxury" apartments but I don't get the benefits of living in a "luxury" apartment. Because I am not receiving all the supposed amenities that I am paying for in this "luxury" apartment you would think that they might reduce the cost of living to a rate that more matches the value you receive from living in such a place. I will not be living here again.

My partner and I have lived here for a year now. We love our apartment/Infinity with all of the amenities. The pool is awesome, the gym has modern equipment, there is a live music room for working/recording musicians, a conference room, a private office, a performance stage, and a parlor to relax, watch TV also with a pool table. Everything is kept exceptionally clean, and organized. It feels like living in a resort. The staff is just as wonderful- always friendly/accommodating and professional. Both Stephanie's have always been so kind and a pleasure to work with. James is always quick to take action whether it's a maintenance request or anything to get the job done, if we've ever needed something. Donna (property manager) is the absolute best. Not only has she brought together a kind, professional, diligent, hardworking team- she has really made this experience living here feel like home. Donna has been an absolute joy to work with, making our experience here more than we could have hoped for in our first home together. Thank you Donna and Infinity Music Row team!
