Bun Appetit Catering

This was not a good experience for me. I asked for delivery around 1215-1230 as the shower started at 1. The food was two hours late. Very embarrassing to have a hungry out of town crowd. Once the food arrived, three items were not as ordered. Not a good way to run a business. The person delivering the food was not the person I had been talking to. When I let the "main person" know that my delivery wasn't on time, she said to call the chef, who hadn't been answering. Then I texted again to say I was displeased with this experience and I was told it was because they wanted to ensure everything was fresh. That is unacceptable considering we discussed the time!
Two pluses: my guests said the food was good. Although the salmon bites were dry. Also, he refunded my delivery cost and the cost for not adding one of the sauces.
When Chef Mario arrived, he was attentive. Very nice young man. He was patient and he listened to my concerns and was willing to make up for the things that were wrong.
Overall, the experience was just ok. I am dissatisfied and disappointed. I wanted my daughter's shower to be perfect. That definitely dampened everyone's mood.
