The Clark-BELL Construction team recently topped out the Class A+ Creative Office Building at the Nashville Yards development! 🏗️ The team completed structural steel for the 420,000-square-foot structure on schedule. This structure contains 40,000-square-foot floorplates and will house best-in-class amenities once delivered in Spring of 2025. #ClarkBuildsNash

To date, Clark has awarded more than $850 million in construction contract awards to small and diverse-owned firms through our SDBE15 initiative. 🤝 During 2024 National Small Business Week, we are proud to recognize the small and diverse trade partners who help us deliver critical assets across the country. Launched in 2021, this voluntary small business inclusion effort applies to every Clark project that does not otherwise have a small business participation goal dedicating a minimum participation target of 15% from small, disadvantaged-, minority-, and women-owned firms. The Clark team recently topped out The Pinnacle, a state-of-the-art live entertainment center in the Nashville Yards development in Nashville, TN! 🎟️🏗️ The team has set a total of 1,097 tons of steel (1,089 pieces) to complete this milestone. The 4-story, 130,000-square-foot Music Venue will have a capacity of 5,000 people and 30,000 square feet of retail space. There will be arena-style bowl seating, first-come-first-serve tiered seating, VIP seating with a private balcony, and a rooftop bar. #ClarkBuildsNash

Clark is proud to announce that the Associated General Contractors of America has selected the The Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg Center at 555 Pennsylvania Avenue as the winner of a 2024 Construction Risk Partners Build America Merit Award! The complex, multi-faceted conversion of the former Newseum site created Johns Hopkins University’s new home in Washington, D.C., supporting the school's business, public policy, and international studies graduate programs. The former museum space underwent a complete structural and programmatic redesign. Over half of four floors were removed and replaced with new structural floors and a floating cantilevered classroom above a pedestrian bridge, and major structural and architectural alterations were introduced to provide more natural sunlight in the building’s façade. The state-of-the-art facility now boasts 435,000 square feet of academic, meeting and gathering space, including 38 high-tech classrooms, a 375-seat theatre, numerous areas of group and individual study space, lounges, conference space, media suites, and several roof terraces with stunning views of the Capitol. We are pleased to announce that the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) Mathewson Gateway project topped out on April 24! University representatives joined Clark and project developer Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate at a ceremony celebrating the over 40,000 work hours that took place to reach this milestone. The five-story, 128,000-square-foot academic building will house the College of Business and provide various spaces tailored to best practices in modern business education. Since the groundbreaking in October 2023, the project team has: * Placed 3,800 cubic yards for concrete foundations * Poured 1,300 cubic yards of concrete for vertical cores * Erected 900 tons of structural steel * Installed 130,000 square feet of metal decking The project is expected to be delivered in July 2025.
