Event Description: Join us as we celebrate The Bar Method on Wednesday, September 6. There will be refreshments, a pop-up shop in partnership with Elle Gray, goodie bags for the first 10 attendees, and a ribbon cutting!

The Bar Method Nashville is a warm, friendly community of instructors and clients committed to changing our bodies and lives. Our clients especially appreciate the individualized workout you receive at The Bar Method. Registration for classes between September 6-September 13 will be donated to the Nashville Humane Association.

Directions:
The celebration will take place on West End next to Regions Bank. Parking is available in a garage as well as in front of the studio.
