Aerial Ellis
 

A gifted strategist, Aerial has become a sought-after consultant/coach for her ability to transform culture, improve diversity, enhance communication, navigate change, build community and drive innovation. She holds an executive leadership certification in workforce diversity and inclusion, and has been a speaker/facilitator for National Diversity Council, National Urban League, South by Southwest, Vanderbilt University, and Leadership Nashville. Aerial is author of the thought leadership book, The Original Millennial, revealing six defining lessons of leadership for the millennial generation. She teaches courses in leadership, organizational communcation, public relations and cross-cultural communication at Lipscomb University.
